It has been submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner(s) that present case is squarely covered by the

judgment dated 13.6.2012, passed in CWP No.4961 of 2010,

titled Keshav Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others,

which has been affirmed vide judgment dated 27.8.2014, passed

in LPA No.184 of 2011, titled State of H.P. and others vs.

Dr. Jagdish Chand Panta and others alongwith connected

matters and SLP No.10839-44/2015 filed against which has also

been dismissed.

Learned Additional Advocate General seeks time to verify

the fact. As prayed, list on 16.9.2023.
