Since petitioner has already filed contempt petition against the

respondents for disobeying the mandate contained in the judgment dated

25.08.2022 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.1529 of

2016, titled as Vivek Kumar vs. State of H.P. and others, learned counsel

representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present

petition.

2. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
