Having perused the compliance affidavit filed by Cmde(PA), IHQ MoD(N),

learned counsel for the petitioner states that judgment sought to be executed has

been partly complied with.

2. Having perused the aforesaid compliance affidavit this court finds that

pursuant to mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, element of

disability pension has been granted to the petitioner but service element of disability

pension has not been granted to him, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in

the petition and the same is disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file

appropriate proceedings, before appropriate court of law, qua his surviving

grievances.
