Gulshan Raj Sharma vs. K.K. Pant & Anr.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate, for the applicants/ petitioners, in all the matters.

Mr. Pranay Pratap Singh, Additional Advocate General,

with Mr. Sidharth Jalta, Deputy Advocate General, for

the respondents-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though

the judgment in issue now stands complied with partly, but the pay

fixation has not been done by taking into consideration the

revision of the pay bands in the interregnum.

Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that he will

have to take instructions in this regard.
