By way of instant application filed under Section

151 of CPC, prayer has been made for correction in the memo

of parties, wherein, inadvertently, name of petitioner No.2 has

been wrongly reflected as Lailash Chand instead of Kailash

Chand.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same

is allowed and name of petitioner No.2, is ordered to be

corrected from Lailash Chand to Kailash Chand and thereafter,

Registry may supply correct copy of the judgment to learned

counsel representing the petitioners.

Application stands disposed of.
