Mr. Sanjay Dalmia, Advocate, for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the petitioner has not furnished the bail bonds in terms of

order dated 15.12.2022.

Therefore, this Court is left with no other

alternative but to withdraw the interim protection granted to

the petitioner on 15.12.2022. Hence, interim protection

granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.12.2022 shall

stand withdrawn.

The respondent is at liberty to execute the

judgment of the learned trial Court in accordance with law.

As prayed for list for consideration on

22.12.2023.
