Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on

record instructions, according to which, respondents-Corporation

has filed review petition against the judgment passed in CWP

No.2108 of 2023 titled as Bhagat Ram vs. HRTC and others on

the basis of which the impugned order has been passed. The

instructions further revealed that review petition is now listed

before appropriate Bench on 16th October, 2023.

Accordingly, list this petition on 1st November, 2023.
