As per instructions imparted by the Director,

petitioner, appointed through SMC, was disengaged for zero

enrollment of students in Government Primary School, Garola,

Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba, H.P., and there is no Policy or

provision for appointing a Teacher through SMC in another

school, in such a situation.

2. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner,

submits that there is nothing to adjudicate in the matter and

accordingly present petition is disposed of, so also pending

application(s), if any.
