Learned counsel for the petitioner has

placed on record a copy of judgment passed in CWP

No. 905 of 2010, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this

Court and has submitted that the case of the petitioner

is also squarely covered by the said judgment. I have

gone through the judgment and prima-facie of the view

that the case of the petitioner is different on facts.

Confronted with this, learned counsel for

the petitioner seeks a week's time to make his

submissions.
