Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over

a copy of instructions dated 30.09.2023. A perusal of the same

demonstrates that the Bill of re­fixation of arrears, amounting to

Rs.6,40,859/­ was sent to the District Treasury, Sirmaur at

Nahan, H.P. and after the Bill was passed by the Treasury, the

amount stands disbursed to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the

petitioner does not disputes this fact.
