Petitioner, presently in custody, as an accused in FIR

No.218/2021, dated 13.08.2021, registered under Sections 302, 307

and 323 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sunder Nagar

District Mandi H.P., is seeking regular bail, under Section 439 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Respondent has filed status report and also produced

the record. In terms of the status report, the petitioner had preferred a

bail petition before the learned Trial Court, however, the same was

withdrawn on 14.08.2023.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner intends to
