The present petition has been filed with a limited

prayer to prepone the date fixed by the learned Judicial

Magistrate First Class, Court No.II, Amb, District Una, H.P.

(hereinafter referred to as the 'learned trial Court).

recording preliminary evidence of the complainant on

13.03.2024.

3. Considering the factual position, as mentioned in

the petition, the learned trial Court is directed to take up the
