Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3
submits that case of the petitioner alongwith other similarly
situated persons has already been submitted by respondent
No.3 for approval for implementation of order passed by the
Court.
Reply, stated to have been filed, is not on record.
Copy thereof stands supplied to the petitioner. It has been
admitted by learned Additional Advocate General that in the
reply there is reference of stay order passed by this High Court
against order, execution whereof has been sought by filing
present petition, whereas order dated 3.1.2020, for execution
whereof this petition has been filed, was passed by Division
Bench and, therefore, there is no question of operation of stay
against the judgment passed by the Division Bench in a Writ
Petition preferred by the respondents-State.
Faced with aforesaid situation, learned Additional
Advocate General seeks further time to have instructions and to
file fresh reply and in case there is no stay operating against the
.
judgment dated 3.1.2020, to file response/compliance affidavit.
Considering the submissions of learned Additional
Advocate General time, as prayed, is granted, in case there is
no legal impediment, to implement the judgment well before
next date of hearing.
