Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.4.

Learned Additional Advocate General has

placed on record instructions dated 6.11.2023, alongwith

documents and submits that after extending the benefit of

judgment dated 22.2.2022 passed in CWP No. 2711 of 2017

alongwith CWPOA No. 2208 of 2018, case of the petitioner

has been considered and he has been found eligible for

pension and his pension case has been submitted to the

office of Accountant General for further action.

In view of above, present matter is closed with

direction to respondent No.4 to process the case of the

petitioner as expeditiously as possible and finalize it

preferably within one month. Needless to say, petitioner

shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy if anything

still survives to be redressed.
