deposit 15% of the cheque amount as per the judgment of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in Damodar S. Prabhu versus Sayed Babalal H

2010 (5) SCC 663, before the H.P. State Legal Services Authority,

Kasumpti, Shimla-9, within a period of two weeks and receipts

whereof be furnished before the Registry of this Court.
