Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the

respondent. As prayed for, list for consideration after

Notice in above terms.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner,

it is ordered that during the pendency of the present

criminal Revision Petition, judgment of conviction and

order of sentence dated 20.04.2022/ 27.04.2022, passed

by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class,

Court No.2, Hamirpur, H.P., in Police Challan No.62­1­

2015, Registration No.83 of 2015, titled State of

Himachal Pradesh Versus Pradeep Chand, affirmed by

.

the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Hamirpur, H.P.,

vide judgment dated 08.02.2023, in Criminal Appeal

No.27 of 2022, titled Pradep Chand Versus State of

Himachal Pradesh, shall remain suspended subject to

applicant/petitioner depositing fine amount with learned

Trial Court within a period of two weeks from today, if

not already deposited and furnishing personal bond in

the sum of Rs. 25,000/­ with one surety in the like

amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court,

within the same period, with undertaking therein that

the applicant shall appear in the Court as and when

directed and shall surrender to serve out the sentence

imposed, in case, his revision is ultimately dismissed.

However, it is made clear that this interim protection

will cease to operate in case fine amount, as is ordered by

the Court above, is not deposited by the applicant with

the learned Court below within the aforesaid period.
