for the respondentState.
The Court stands informed by learned
Additional Advocate General on the strength of
instructions imparted by Commissioner, Excise &
Taxation, to the Government of Himachal Pradesh that
the Department intends to to implement the judgment in
issue subject to its legal rights on account of the Review
Petition having been preferred against judgment, dated
27.02.2023, passed in LPA No.131 of 2022. Learned
Additional Advocate General submits that the matter be
taken up after four weeks, so that in the interregnum,
the order can be complied with. This is opposed by
learned counsel for the petitioner, who says that
implementing of the judgment is hang fire for almost one
and half years.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties,
list on 19.06.2023. The Court expects that the judgment
in issue shall be complied with in letter and spirit by the
next date of hearing.
