Learned counsel for the petitioner, under
instructions, submits that petitioner shall be satisfied in case

considering her posting with sympathetic approach, particularly

keeping in view her ailment/health condition and also as a
couple case, with further direction to respondent No.2 to decide
the representation of petitioner in a time bound manner.
2. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that in
case such representation is preferred by the petitioner, same
shall be decided in accordance with Rules, Policy and law in a
time bound manner as directed by the Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
petitioner is permitted and directed to submit a detailed
representation for redressal of her grievances on or before
19.05.2023, to respondent No.2-Director, Higher Education
Department and in case, such representation is preferred, the same
shall be decided by respondent No.2 sympathetically on or before
31.05.2023, by passing an appropriate speaking and reasoned order
in accordance with Rules, Policy and law as applicable.
5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms,
alongwith the pending application(s), if any.
6. Interim order stands vacated.
7. Petitioner may produce the downloaded copy of the

order passed by the Court before the Authorities concerned, if
required, and the concerned Authority shall not insist for the
certified copy of order, rather passing of order can be verified
