rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.

6309 of 2017, titled Sunder Singh Vs. The State of

Himachal Pradesh & Ors.

This Court in CWP No.3385 of 2019 decided on

21.10.2022 (Roop Lal Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and

others) has held that the judgment in Sunder Singh's case

(supra) has no applicability to Class-III employees. Hence, the

relief prayed for by the petitioner(s) with respect to

applicability of Sunder Singh's case, cannot be granted

to them. No other point was urged. Accordingly, all these

petitions are dismissed alongwith pending miscellaneous

application(s), if any.
