Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

inadvertently details of previous bail petitions preferred by the

petitioner have not been correctly depicted in the present petition. He

prays for withdrawing the present petition with liberty to file afresh

after incorporating correct particulars. As prayed for, the present

petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty as

prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also

stand disposed of.
