Petitioners have filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking mainly the following relief(s):­

"(a) To issue a writ of mandamus, appropriate

writ, order or direction in nature thereof, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of judgment of this Hon'ble Court rendered on 07.07.2022 in

CWP No.842/2017 titled as State of HP Vs. Sardari Lal with all consequential benefits;

(b) To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in nature thereof to give full justice to the petitioners in the circumstances of the case and may pass such further writ, order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper, just and expedient in the circumstances of the case."

2. Ms. Aditi Rana, Advocate, under instructions of

Mr. P.P. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioners, has

submitted that the petitioners will move a representation

before respondent No.2 for redressal of their grievances and

the same may be ordered to be disposed of within some time

bound manner.

3. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the

case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition

with a direction that, in case petitioners move a

representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of their

grievances within one week from today, the same shall be

disposed of by the said respondent expeditiously, in

accordance with law, preferably within four weeks thereafter.

4. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also

stand disposed of.
