    Sandeep Sharma, J. (Oral)

By way of present Review Petition, prayer has been made

by the review petitioner to review and recall the order dated 9.3.2023

passed by this Court in CMPMO No. 606 of 2022, Garja Ram v. Lekh

Ram, in as much as it has been recorded in para 2 of the application

that "Khasra No. 24 already stands demarcated and order passed in

those proceedings has already attained finality".

Naresh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that

demarcation conducted on khasra No. 24 has not attained finality

Commissioner.

3. In view of the fair stand adopted by the learned counsel

for the respondent, there appears to be merit in the contention and

pleadings of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is error

apparent on the face of the judgment in as much as findings with

regard to finality of demarcation proceedings qua khasra No. 24 are

concerned.

4. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is

allowed and findings given by this court that "Khasra No. 24 already

stands demarcated and order passed in those proceedings has

already attained finality" is recalled and ordered to be deleted from

para-2 of the order. Registry is directed to carry out necessary

corrections with red ink and thereafter copy of the same be supplied

to the parties. The petition is disposed of alongwith pending

applications, if any.
