the non-applicant/appellant.

Mr. Ajay Sharma, Senior Advocate with Mr. Ajay Thakur, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(e).

Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta and Mr. Rupinder Singh Thakur, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Sumit Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, for the non-applicant/respondent No.3.

The applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(e) have

prayed for release of the balance amount of compensation

in their favour. The application is duly supported with the

affidavits of the claimants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(e). It is

jointly submitted by learned counsel for the parties that

the main appeal alongwith cross objections was decided on

07.01.2023 and the judgment has attained finality.

In view of the above submissions, the prayer

made in the application is allowed. The balance amount of

compensation falling to the share of the applicants/

respondents No.1(a) to 1(e), lying deposited in the Registry

of this Court alongwith upto date interest accrued

thereupon, is ordered to be released in their favour,

particulars whereof have been given in the application.

The application stands disposed of.
