Mr. Shyam Singh Chauhan, Advocate, for the

respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on

record a copy of office order dated 08.05.2023 and submits

that the case of the petitioner was examined in light of the

judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal

Nos. 1557-1564 of 2019 (HRTC Vs. Lekh Ram) and the same

was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the

petitioner may be permitted to seek appropriate remedy for

assailing the consideration order.

In view of above, the proceedings are closed. However,

the petitioner is at liberty to assail the aforesaid consideration

order, in accordance with law.
