Ms. Shubh Mahajan, Advocate, for the

respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents has placed

on record copy of office letter dated 01.07.2023, as per

which the judgment dated 17.04.2023 has been complied

with and due & admissible benefits flowing to the

petitioner under that judgment have also been released.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this

position. He, however, submits that the petitioner is

entitled to certain additional monetary benefits under a

different notification and, therefore, prays for permitting

the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him in law

for claiming the remaining monetary benefits. Prayer is

accepted.

These proceedings are closed. The petitioner is at

liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law

for redressal of his surviving grievances.
