Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on

record instructions dated 24.06.2023 alongwith copy of

proceedings of Meeting of State Level Committee, held on

20.06.2023, regarding revision of Fee Structure of B.Ed. Course in

privately managed Colleges of Education in Himachal Pradesh,

whereby decision has been taken by the Committee to retain the

existing fee structure for next three academic years w.e.f. 2023-

2024 onwards in respect of Himachal College of Education,

Nalagarh at Kishanpura, District Solan, H.P.

1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. Learned Deputy Advocate General, submits that in

view of aforesaid decision by the Committee, nothing survives to

be adjudicated in the present petition.

.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that

petitioners would intend to assail the aforesaid decision by

availing appropriate legal recourse available to them.

4. Needless to say, petitioners have every right for

redressal of their grievances by availing appropriate remedy. If

aggrieved or dissatisfied by omission and commission on the part

of respondents, the petitioners have right to agitate their cause

by availing appropriate recourse permissible under law.

5. With aforesaid observation, present petition is

disposed of being infructuous, so also pending application(s), if

any.
