Notice. Mr. Rupinder Singh, learned Additional

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of

the respondents.

2. The instant petition has been filed for the grant of

following substantive relief:-

" a) to issue a writ of mandamus, appropriate writ,

order or direction in nature thereof, directing the

respondents to extend the benefit of judgment of this

3. Mr. Prem P. Chauhan, learned counsel for the

petitioners has submitted that the petitioners will move a

representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of their

grievances and the same may be ordered to be disposed of within

some time bound manner.

4. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case,

the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that, in case,

petitioners move representation before respondent No.2 for redressal

of their grievances within one week from today, the same shall be

disposed of by the said respondent expeditiously, in accordance with

law, preferably within four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above

terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
