By way of instant application, the applicant
has prayed for suspension of sentence.
Learned Additional Advocate General states
that he does not intend to file any reply to the instant
application.
Heard.
Since, entire fine amount stands deposited in
the trial court by the applicant, the substantive sentence
imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Una,
District Una, H.P. in Session Case No. 33/2015, vide
.
judgment of conviction dated 26.12.2022 and order of
sentence dated 29.12.2022 shall remain suspended, subject
to the applicant's furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the learned trial Court, within a period of four
weeks with the condition that the applicant shall appear in
Court as and when directed and shall surrender to serve out
the sentence imposed, in case the appeal is ultimately
dismissed,
