Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

that the issue raised in this matter is squarely covered by a

common judgment dated 22nd February, 2022, passed by the Full

Bench of this Court in CWP No.2711 of 2017 (Baldev Versus

State of Himachal Pradesh and others alongwith connected

matter). He further states that the petitioner would be content, if

the case of the petitioner is considered and decided by the

respondents in a time bound manner, in light of the aforesaid

judgment.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by

directing the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner

.

and pass appropriate orders in light of the judgment, supra, within

a period of two months from today.

3. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to

stand disposed of. .
