that vide Annexure P-2, dated 05.08.2023, an appropriate representation has

been made by the petitioner before the concerned respondent authority qua

the dispute which is sought to be raised in the present petition.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his

representation, pending before the concerned authority.

3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid

terms, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
