Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as there are

certain technical defects in the petition, the petitioner may be

permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition

by placing on record the better particulars and by removing the said

defects.

as prayed for. The petition stands disposed of. Pending
