This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following

substantive relief:-

" Issue a writ of mandamus to respondents to for releasing all the consequential benefits including seniority and the entire arrears

alongwith interest w.e.f. 05.11.2015 in the interest of justice."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue

raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgments rendered in

CWP No.5383/2014 (Batti Devi & Others vs State of Himachal

Pradesh & Ors. decided on 09.04.2015 and CWP No.584/2020

(Champa Devi Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors.) decided on

13.03.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that

the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent

authority are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner,

in light of the law laid down in the aforesaid judgments, in a time bound

manner. Prayer is not opposed by learned Additional Advocate General.

3. Having regard to above submissions and without

examining the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by

directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide

the case of the petitioner, in accordance with law and in light of the

aforesaid judgments within a period of six weeks by passing a

reasoned order, which shall be communicated to the petitioner. Pending

miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
