of Notification dated 02.08.2023, whereby Notification dated 08.03.2019,

impugned in present petition, has been withdrawn and it has been ordered

to extend all consequential benefits to the petitioner as per promotion order

dated 13.02.2019 from the date of her joining on 15.02.2019 as Assistant

Professor in the Department of Anaesthesia, IGMC, Shimla.

2. In view of above, grievance of the petitioner stands addressed by

the respondents.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of, so also pending

application(s), if any.
