This petition coming on for admission this day,
Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.A. Sayed, passed the following:
ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by the
judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP
No.3628/2020 (Inder Singh Vs. State of H.P. & Ors) decided on
05.01.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the
petitioners would be content, if an order is passed on the same line
as contained in the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in CWP No.
209/2022 (Bakshi Ram Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.), annexed at page-
19 of the petition.
2. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of
the case, we dispose of the present writ petition by directing the
respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in light of the
aforesaid judgment of the Division Bench in Inder Singh's case. The
decision shall be taken by the respondents, not later than six weeks
.
from today.
3. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also
to stand disposed of.
