Matter was heard on 14th September, 2022 and

was reserved for judgment. At the time of hearing, none of

the parties brought to the notice of this Court that I have

been associated with the same case in another capacity in

the year 2018. However, while dictating the judgment this

fact was noticed. Accordingly, the matter be listed before

another bench at the pleasure of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
