Learned Additional Advocate General informs the

Court that the review petition which has been filed by the

respondents against the judgment, non-compliance of which has

led to the filing of this contempt petition, was listed before the

appropriate Bench and notice has been issued in the application

filed for condonation of delay. Accordingly, he submits that these

proceedings be taken up for consideration after four weeks.

Ordered accordingly. In the meanwhile, response by the newly

added respondents be also filed to the petition.
