These r applications have been moved by

respondents No.1, 4 and 5 (claimants), respectively, for

release of the compensation amount falling to their shares.

The main appeal was decided on 31.05.2022, whereby the

impugned award passed by the learned Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal (III), Mandi, District Mandi in Claim Petition

No.31/2013 was modified to the extent indicated therein.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant has no

objection for allowing the application. It has been apprised

that the judgment dated 31.05.2022 passed in the main

appeal has attained finality.

In view of the above submissions, the

applications are allowed. The amount falling to the shares of

claimants/respondents No.1, 4 and 5 in terms of the

impugned award, as modified vide judgment dated

31.05.2022, is ordered to be released in their favour

alongwith upto date interest. The same be credited in their

bank accounts, details whereof have been appended
