No notice is issued to non-applicants/respondents No. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for respondents/applicants

submits that earlier non-applicant/plaintiff/Decree Holder was

being represented by Ms.Kusum Chaudhary, Advocate, whose

name has also been reflected in the cause list today, therefore,

Judgment Debtors were under the impression that Ms.Kusum

Chaudhary would be representing and appearing for Decree

Holder.

Ms.Kusum Chaudhary, Advocate appears, but she

submits that she was representing the Decree Holder, but as of

now, she has not received any instructions in this application

and, therefore, she is unable to appear and represent Decree

Holder/non-applicant as of now.

In aforesaid circumstances, applicants/

respondents are directed to take steps for service of non-

applicant/Decree Holder, within two days. On taking such

steps, notice, returnable on 24th November, 2022 be issued to
