Notice in the aforesaid terms. In the meanwhile,
substantive sentence imposed upon the petitioner, vide judgment
and sentence order dated 30.06.2021, passed by learned Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Kangra, at Dharamshala, District Kangra,
H.P. in Complaint Case No. 54-III/2010 and affirmed vide
impugned judgment dated 23.07.2022, passed by learned
Sessions Judge Kangra, at Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P., in
Criminal Appeal No. 16-D/X/2021, is ordered to be suspended
till further orders, subject to petitioner depositing 50% of the
compensation amount in the Registry of this Court within eight
weeks and further his furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction
of learned Trial Court, specifically undertaking therein that in case
of dismissal of present petition, the petitioner shall immediately
surrender before the learned Trial Court for receiving the
