Mr. Narinder Guleria, Additional Advocate General with Ms. Svaneel Jaswal Deputy Advocate General and Mr. Sunny Dhatwalia, Assistant Advocate General, for the respondents-State.

By way of instant application, prayer has been made on

behalf of the applicant/petitioner for revival of Execution Petition No.

35 of 2022, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated

26.05.2022. Perusal of aforesaid order reveals that this court having

taken note of the statement of learned Additional Advocate General,

that judgment/ order alleged to have been violated, if not complied

with, shall be complied with positively within a period of two weeks,

disposed of the execution petition with the direction to respondents to

do the needful within a period of two weeks. Since, no steps

whatsoever have been taken by the respondents towards

execution/implementation of order alleged to have not been

implemented, applicant-petitioner has approached this Court in the

instant proceedings, praying therein for revival of the execution

proceedings.

Learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is

granted two weeks' time to file reply. List thereafter.
