This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court passed the
following:
ORDER
While placing on record copy of communication dated 4.10.2022,
issued under the signature of Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Vibhag
Circle Rohru, which is taken on record, learned Additional Advocate General
submits that necessary appointment orders of the petitioners, save and
except one petitioner Sh. Kanwar Singh, against the post of Pump Attendant
on contract basis stands issued and as such, nothing remains to be
adjudicated in the present petition.
2. Having perused the aforesaid communication, this Court finds
that judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with as far
as appointment order of petitioner Kanwar Singh is concerned, learned
Advocate General states that necessary order with regard to appointment on
.
contract in terms of judgment alleged to have been violated, shall be
positively issued within a period of ten days.
3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the
present proceedings and same are closed accordingly. Notices issued to the
respondents are hereby discharged accordingly.
