            This Civil Suit coming on for orders this day, the Court passed the following:

In view of the enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of

the Court, vide notification dated 17.10.2022, this Civil Suit is

disposed of by ordering transfer of the suit to the Court of learned

District Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P., before

whom the parties shall appear on 16.03.2023, who thereafter, may

assign the case to the appropriate Court.
