By way of instant application, prayer has been made on
behalf of the applicant/petitioner for revival of COPC(T) No.16 of
2022, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated
14.03.2022. Perusal of aforesaid order reveals that this court having
taken note of the undertaking given by learned Deputy Advocate
General that financial benefits i.e. arrears of three years, shall be
paid to the petitioner within a period of two months, disposed of the
contempt petition with the direction to respondents to do the needful,
if not already done, within two months. Since, no steps whatsoever
have been taken by the respondents towards implementation of
judgment/order alleged to have been violated, applicant/petitioner
has approached this Court in the instant proceedings, praying therein
for revival of the contempt petition.
Mr. Narender Guleria, learned Additional Advocate
General, prays for and is granted two weeks' time to comply with/
implement the judgment/order, alleged to have been violated, failing
which, respondents shall remain present in Court.
