At this stage, learned counsel for the

applicant submits that 50% of the cheque amount is

being deposited with the Registry of this Court in

the name of learned Registrar General of the High

Court of Himachal Pradesh during the course of the

day itself. His statement is taken on record and in

lieu thereof, the sentence imposed upon the

applicant/petitioner by the Court of learned

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kangra,

District Kangra, H.P., vide judgment/ order dated

titled as M/s Verma Glass Company Dharamshala

Road Kangra Versus M/s Shiva Glass House, and

affirmed by the Court of learned Sessions Judge

Kangra at Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P.,

vide judgment dated 14.01.2022, in Criminal Appeal

No.17­K/X/2019, titled as M/s Shiva Glass House

Versus M/s Verma Glass Company Dharamshala

Road, Kangra, is suspended, subject to the applicant

furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/­

with one surety in the like amount to the

satisfaction of the learned Trial Court within the

same period, with an undertaking therein that the

applicant shall appear in the Court as and when

directed and shall surrender to serve out the

sentence imposed, in case his revision is ultimately

dismissed.
