Heard. The claimants have filed this application for

release of the amount. There is nothing on record to indicate

that the judgment passed by this Court on 01.07.2019 has

been assailed by the aggrieved party(ies) before the Hon'ble

Supreme Court.

In such circumstances, let the amount lying

deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of

the claimants, as per their shares alongwith upto date

proportionate interest by remitting the same to their

respective bank accounts, as given in para-4 of the

application. Application stands disposed of.
