Sessions Judge, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P., vide

judgment dated 25.03.2022, in Criminal Appeal

Registration No.175 of 2019, titled as Hoshiyar

Singh Versus L.I.C. Housing Finance Limited,

District Mandi, H.P., is suspended, subject to the

applicant furnishing personal bond in the sum of

Rs.25,000/­ with one surety in the like amount to

the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court within

the same period, with an undertaking therein that

the applicant shall appear in the Court as and when

directed and shall surrender to serve out the

sentence imposed, in case his revision is ultimately

dismissed. The application stands disposed of.
