This petition coming on for admission this day, the
    Court passed the following:

                             ORDER

The respondents have filed the compliance

.

affidavit. Alongwith the compliance affidavit, copy of office

order dated 20.06.2022, issued in compliance to the

judgment dated 18.12.2021 passed in CWP No.7953 of

2021, has also been appended. In terms of this order, the

respondents have considered the case of the petitioner for

appointment on compassionate grounds and have rejected

the same.

Since the judgment in question now stands

complied with, therefore, no issue remains to be considered

in this contempt petition. The same is accordingly closed.

Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty,

however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate

remedy against the consideration order in accordance with

law, in case he feels aggrieved with the same.
