                             ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that order, for

violation whereof present petition has been filed, stands complied with. He

has further submitted that though there is delay in compliance, however, the

same is neither intentional nor willful and for that he has instructions to tender

unconditional and unqualified apology.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorsed the compliance of

judgment.

Accepting the apology tendered and considering the compliance,
