Notice to the respondent, returnable on 23rd August,

2022, be issued, on taking steps within two days.

Record be requisitioned.

Cr.MP No. 1631 of 2022

Heard. Subject to deposit of entire amount of

compensation in the Registry of this Court on or before 18 th August,

2022 and also furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- with

one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court

within four weeks from today undertaking therein to be present in

Court as and when directed to do so and to surrender to serve sentence

in case of dismissal of Revision Petition, substantive sentence imposed

upon the petitioner vide judgment/order dated 20.11.2021/20.12.2021

passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theog, District

Shimla in Crl. Case No 119-3 of 2015, affirmed by learned Additional

Sessions Judge (II), Shimla, District Shimla H.P. vide judgment dated

30.04.2022 in Cr. Appeal No. 2-T/10 of 2022, is suspended during

pendency of main Revision Petition. Failure in compliance of

conditions imposed, interim protection granted to petitioner shall stand

vacated.

The bail bonds, so furnished by applicant/petitioner, shall

be transmitted to the Registry of this Court for placing the same on

record. Alteration/vacation/modification on motion.

Application stands disposed of.

Petitioner may produce a downloaded copy of the order

passed by the Court before the trial Court and the trial Court shall not

insist for the certified copy of order, rather passing of order can be

verified from the web-page of this Court.

Allowed at this stage, subject to filing of certified copy of

trial Court's judgment within a period of four weeks from today.
