                                        ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue

raised in the petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court,

dated 29.5.2017, in LPA No. 515 of 2011 (HPSEB & another versus

Bhupinder Singh).

2. This has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the

respondents.

3. Hence, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.

2-Under Secretary (NGE), Himachal Pradesh Electricity Board Limited, to

decide the representation dated 24.6.2022 (Annexure P-8), in terms of

aforesaid judgment dated 29.5.2017, expeditiously and in any event, within

four weeks from today.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand

disposed of accordingly.
